Ingredients
2 sticks (1 cup) unsalted butter, at room temperature, plus more for the baking dish
1 1/2 cups firmly packed light brown sugar
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
One 3.4-ounce package butterscotch instant pudding mix
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
2 large eggs, at room temperature
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
3/4 cup roasted salted cashews, coarsely chopped
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Flaky sea salt
